PURPOSE:To provide a thin film transistor (TFT) circuit which drastically lower the generation probability of malfunctions. CONSTITUTION:This TFT circuit is constituted to obtain a pair of clock signals phiand phi* to be inputted to a shift register section 123 of TFTs of the TFT circuit having the shift register by using a differential amplifier circuit 120 which amplifies the voltage difference between the first clock signal and a reference voltage signal. Then, the dependency of the generation probability of the malfunction on a power supply voltage is eliminated with the TFT circuit provided with such means and, therefore, the standard range of the power supply voltage to warrant the operation is taken large. |
