发明名称 ION CONCENTRATION MEASURING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure concentration with the removal of the effect of interfering ions by storing a known concentration of ions and a selection coefficient of the interfering ions of a plurality of calibration liquids different in concentration by a calibration liquid ion concentration memory means and a selection coefficient memory means to generate calibration curve formulas of sensors. CONSTITUTION:A user inputs a known concentration of ions of first and second calibration liquids 3 and 5 and a selection coefficient for interfering ions from an input device 15 to be stored into a memory secion of an arithmetic processor 14. A valve body 2 is opened, a pump 12 is operated to bring the first calibration liquid 3 into a solution passage 1 and an output potential is measured from outputs of sensors 8-10 and an output of a reference electrode 11. Then. the valve body 2 is closed and a valve body 4 is opened to measure an output potential by the same method. Calibration curve formulas of the respective ion serfsors are generated from the potential measured. the known concentration of ions and the known selection coefficient. Thereafter, a valve body 6 is opened and a sample liquid 7 is treated to measure output potentials of the sensors 8-10 by the same method. The results and an output of the electrode 11 are substituted into the calibration curve formula of a device 14 to determine ion concentrations of the sensors 8-10.
