<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and time, etc., accompanying with the fabrication of a metal die by making a cabinet dimension variable. CONSTITUTION:A cabinet 1 in which constituent components of an indoor unit of an air conditioner are installed is formed by a separate structure consisting of a total of three units of resin formed members such as a motor side injection molded part 2, cross flow fan axis side injection molded part 3 and central casing part 4 being connectable with both parts 2, 3, which are divided in the length direction. Also, the central casing part 4 is formed by an extrusion molding, and a casing part 4 with a different dimension is combined in response to a model, to manufacture the cabinet 1.</p> |
