PURPOSE:To take out waste heats different in quality level of heat by providing cooling devices of two systems of high temperature system and low temperature system in a cooling system for fuel cell in a fuel cell power plant. CONSTITUTION:A cell body 1 has cooling pipes for high temperature system and low temperature system to set the cooling to a prescribed level temperature, whereby the same effect as a conventional cooling can be provided. The high temperature system cell cooling water is circulated in a circulating pump 2, a steam separator 3, and the cell body 1, and the waste heat of high quality is taken out by a heat exchanger 4 and used for equipment requiring the waste heat of high quality. On the other hand, the low temperature system cell cooling water is similarly formed of a circulating pump 5, a steam separator 6, and a heat exchanger 7, and the waste heat of the low temperature system is used for equipment relatively requiring no high temperature. Thus, the waste heat according to the temperature level of the equipment utilizing the waste heat can be taken out. |
