PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of gas leakage by the reduction in fastening force of a bolt while ensuring the electric insulating property of a gas piping under high temperature condition. CONSTITUTION:A flange part 34 and a flange part 36 are butted and bolted to each other. Electric insulating members 41, 44 are interposed between the flange part 34 and the flange part 36 and between a bolt 33 and at least one flange part 34(36), respectively. Further, clearances 53, 54 for elastically deforming the flange parts 34, 36 when the flange parts 34, 36 are bolted together are formed. |
