CONSTITUTION:Phase adjustment and amplification processing are carried out in an oscillation driver circuit 105, and a drive signal is input to a second electrode pattern 103b short-circuited by a second connecting means 104b by a detecting signal from a first electrode pattern 103a short-circuited by a first connecting means 104a. Oscillating waves are excited in a vibrator 101 and a piezoelectric element 102 by the drive signal, and a rotating motion is generated in a moving body 108 arranged so as to be press-contacted by a pressing means 109 through a projection 107 formed to the vibrator 101.
