PURPOSE:To stop a notice for a call reception of the pager receiver with a simple operation and to use the receiver for a pedometer in common. CONSTITUTION:A detection signal of a vibration detection section 13 detecting vibration during walking is given to a pedometer circuit section 14, which counts the signal and count data are given to a control section 7, which drives an LCD driver 11 to allow LCD 12 to display step number data. Furthermore, a call signal received from an antenna 2 is received intermittently by an RF section 3 and the received signal is given to a decoder section 4. When the call number is coincident with an identification in an ID-ROM 5, the decoder section 4 continues the reception of signal and provides an output of a notice signal to a notice section 6, from which a notice tone is outputted. When the notice tone is made to stop, the pager receiver 1 is vibrated. A vibration detection section 13 detects it and provides an output of the detection signal to a voltage discrimination section 15. When the voltage discrimination section 15 detects the detection signal whose level is a predetermined level or over, the section 15 outputs a signal to the control section 7, which stops the drive of notice tone by the notice tone section 6. |
