PURPOSE: To economically and efficiently integrate a photoelectron element in a standard electron element by arranging a second face in parallel to the operating part of a light emitting device, extending a taper face from the second face to the effective face of the light emitting device, and introducing a light emitted from this effective face to the second face. CONSTITUTION: A mutual connecting substrate 112 is provided with plural electric traces 113, and a light emitting device 126 equipped with an operating part 127. The mutual connecting substrate 112 is provided with a first optical part equipped with a first face 137, second face 136, and taper face 138. The second face 136 of the optical part coats the operating part 127 of the light emitting device 126, the second face 136 of the first optical part is arranged parallel to the operating part of the light emitting device 126, the taper face 138 is extended from the second face 136 to the operating part 127 of the light emitting device 126, and a light emitted from the operating part 127 of the light emitting device 126 is introduced to the second face 136. |
