PURPOSE:To enable a worker to speedily and exactly recognize a workable time zone. CONSTITUTION:When a lever 1 is operated at each station according a schedule, that information is transmitted to a commanding spot 10 and according to the information from each station and the schedule, the commanding spot 10 calculates the workable time zone for each station and transmits the arithmetic result to each station. At the station, that arithmetic result is stored in a workable time zone logic beam 2. Then, the stored workable time zone information is reported to a portable radio equipment based on a workable time zone request signal transmitted from the portable radio equipment carried to the working site. As a result, the portable radio equipment can recognize the workable time zone by displaying the received result.
