PURPOSE:To execute an excellent transfer action even when a medium is special and the resistance of a transfer roller is different. CONSTITUTION:This electrophotographic recorder is provided with a photoreceptive drum, the transfer roller 13, a high-voltage power source circuit 48 impressing a transfer voltage on the roller 13 and a CPU controlling the whole of the electrophotographic recorder. By the power source circuit 48, an output voltage VO corresponding to a control signal from the CPU is outputted as the transfer voltage and impressed on the roller 13. At this time, an output current flowing to the roller 13 is outputted to the CPU as an output current detection signal SG2 by the power source circuit 48. On the other hand, the control signal SG1 corresponding to the signal SG2 from the power source circuit 48 is outputted to the power source circuit J18 by the CPU. Thus, even when the output current is changed according to the type of the printing medium or the resistance of the roller 13, the corresponding output voltage VO can be generated. |
