PURPOSE:To effectively analyze and instantaneously evaluate the man-hour information on various kinds of products based on the working procedure for assembly and inspection of the products on the production line of a plant. CONSTITUTION:This device includes a process compiling step 1 where the work information is combined with the man-hour information for production of element work records with addition of the analysis information and these records are arrayed in time series for production of a work process, and a process evaluating process 4 where the work process is optionally analyzed for totalization of work man-hours for each type of products and the maximum work man-hours and the type of the product that has the maximum work man-hours are identified for evaluation of the work process. Thus the work process can be recompiled based on the evaluating result acquired in the step 4. Furthermore, the analysis items and the analysis logical conditions can be easily set. Then the analysis items can include the production form and the production sections of each production line and also each work process. |
