PURPOSE:To integratedly and more effectively control the information necessary for control of the construction progress, etc. CONSTITUTION:A general construction office 50 is provided with a general computer equipment 12, and each site office is provided with a public analog telephone line 10 which connects a site terminal computer equipment 14 to the equipment 12. Thus the site input information is supplied to the equipment 12 from the equipment 14 via the line 10 and controlled in a unitary way. Furthermore this controlled information can also be sent as necessary to the equipment 14 from the equipment 12 via the line 10.
