PURPOSE: To provide the unit of a piston and a connecting rod, capable of ensuring an airtight function, reducing the number of individual parts, and enabling simple assembly of the individual parts without increasing the height. CONSTITUTION: In a piston, a place 5 of a connecting rod support contact surface for receiving a pin 7 fixedly connected to a connecting rod 8 is provided on the bottom part 4 of the piston. A head part 9 of the connecting rod is formed into a bent shape, and the pin 7 is projected from the connecting rod 8 to one direction opposite to the bending direction. Since the head part 9 of the connecting rod is formed into the bent shape, the connecting rod 8 and the piston 1 are easily connected to each other. |
