PURPOSE:To improve painting property, corrosion resistance and workability by forming a specific resin film, mainly a specific solvent type polymer blend in a prescribed range on one surface of a metal plate. CONSTITUTION:A resin film containing 1-20weight% of a cross-linking agent, mainly solvent type polymer blend consisting of 5-50weight% of polyester system resin and acrylic silicone system resin is formed in 0.2-5g/m<2> range of an adhesion amounts on the one surface of a one side metal plate. It is favorable that polyester system resin which is the main component of a resin film stays in the range of 60-90 deg.C of a glass transition temperature and further it is used as a solvent type resin dissolved in an organic solvent like toluene and xylene, etc. Isocyanate system compound is used most favorably as the cross-linking agent. Thereby, excellent painting property, corrosion resistance and workability can be obtained. |
