PURPOSE:To simplify, miniaturize and reduce a cost of a V belt type automatic transmission by dispensing with a grease scattering prevention cover. CONSTITUTION:A weight is manufactured by injecting fiber reinforced resin containing solid lubrication material into a metal mold having a gate 16 composed of a cylindrical cavity 13 and disc shape space. Because the weight is lubricated by the solid lubrication material, a grease scattering prevention cover conventionally used becomes unnecessary. Thus, a V belt type automatic transmission can be simplified and miniaturized by reducing the number of part items and its cost can be reduced. |
