PURPOSE:To provide a PWM inverter device, in which an abnormal sound is difficult in hearing at the variable-speed control of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A PWM inverter device consists of a frequency setting section 1, a control circuit section 2 receiving signals from the frequency setting section 1 and generating signals to the first and second gate driving sections 5, 7 of each phase, first and second power MOS-FETs 10, 11, in which two are connected in series, phase driving sections 3 composed of the first and second gate driving sections 5, 7 alternately turning the first and second power MOS. FETs 10, 11 on-off by the signals of the control circuit section 2, and a DC power supply section 8 connected at both terminals of the power MOS-FETs 10, 11, in which two are connected in series, in the phase driving sections 3. |
