<p>PURPOSE:To provide a resistance film type transparent touch panel in which input failures scarcely occur by forming an uneven layer having numberless fine projected and recessed parts in one of substrates when two sheets of trans parent substrate having a transparent electrode film on one side, respectively, are stuck to each other by means of both side films via an insulating spacer. CONSTITUTION:An uneven layer 5 having numberless fine projected and recessed parts (roughness Ra 0.06-3.0mum) is formed uniformly in one side of one transparent substrate 4 (made of thermally plastic resin transparent film with 0.1-0.25mm thickness) by embossing process and a transparent electrode film 6 (ITO thin film) is formed on the layer to give a transparent panel part 1. A transparent electrode film 8 (SnO2 thin film) is formed on one side of the other transparent substrate 9 (transparent glass sheet with 0.25-5.0mm thickness) and a dotty insulating spacer 7 composed of dotts with 0.01mm<2> or smaller earth surface area and 30mum or lower height is formed on the film to give a transparent panel part 2. The transparent panel parts 1, 2 are connected to each other via the insulating spacer 7 between them to give a transparent touch panel 20 with improved light interference patterns.</p> |
