<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the undissolved loss quantity of uranium in spent fuel so as to facilitate the recovery of noble metal fission products and to improve an operation rate. CONSTITUTION:A molten metal phase 24 and a molten salt phase 25 are stored in an electrolytic cell 1. In the electrolytic cell 1, partition walls 12 for partitioning the molten salt phase 25 into a positive electrode salt bath 25a and negative electrode salt bath 25b are suspended from an upper lid 3. The partition wall 12 is provided with partition wall fall preventing wire gauze 13. The rotary shaft 7 of an agitator 6 is provided in the electrolytic cell 1, piercing the upper lid 3. A positive electrode basket 8 submerged in the positive electrode salt bath 25, and a receiving plate 9 and an agitating blade 10 submerged in the molten metal phase 24 are fitted to the rotary shaft 7. The deposit recovery device 39 of a negative electrode deposit continuous recovery system 17 is submerged in the negative electrode salt bath 25b.</p> |
