<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electric water heater which makes it unnecessary to have an electric heater inside the heating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus comprises a hot-water storage tank 11 in which hot water produced is stored, a heating device 30 consisting of a metal body having a hollow part inside and a heating coil 32 for induction heating provided in a manner of surrounding the hollow part, a power supply part 20 for applying an a.c. signal as power for the heating to the heating coil 32, an upper pipe 12 which connects the upper part of the hollow part of the heating device 30 to the upper part of the hot-water storage tank 11, and a lower pipe 13 which connects the lower part of the hollow part of the heating device 30 to the lower part of the hot-water storage tank 11.</p> |
