PURPOSE:To provide a tube joint with sufficient sealing performance and resistance to drawing force secured only by manual fastening. CONSTITUTION:The inner bottom face of a union nut 14 or a pressure ring and the back face of a rubber packing are respectively placed to face the rear side to form a tapered face 17 of a down grade, and a sheet member formed of synthetitic resin material with excellent self-lubricating ability is interposed between the outer peripheral surface side of the tapered face 18 of the rubber packing 16 and the union nut 14 or pressure ring. Metal wedges 19 are integrally connected to plural places of the inner peripheral surface, corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of a connecting tube 4, of the rubber packing 16, or the metal wedges 19 are embedded in the inner peripheral surface, corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the connecting tube, of the rubber packing 16, and the surface side of the metal wedges 19 are covered with rubber material. |
