PURPOSE:To suppress the formation of nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxide causing environmental pollution to a low level, and effectively utilize a waste fermentation gas without being accompanied by a problem such as environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION:This system has a chemical power generating device 5 for conducting the removal of hydrogen sulfide from a fermentation gas containing methane gas which is obtained from a waste fermentation gas generating tank 1 for heating a waste to generate the fermentation gas, and the concentration of the methane gas, and generating electricity with the concentrated methane gas as the fuel. The chemical power generating device 5 has a reformer 5A for reforming the methane gas to hydrogen, a fuel cell body 5C for generating electricity with the hydrogen from the reformer 5A and the air from a blower 5B as raw materials, and an inverter converting device 5D for converting the direct current generated in the fuel cell body 5C into alternating current. |
