PURPOSE:To condense phosphoric acid in the stopping process of a cell, during the storing, or in the starting process. CONSTITUTION:A fuel and an oxidizing agent are guided to an anode 2 and a cathode 3, respectively, to generate electricity by the electrochemical reaction of the fuel and oxidizing agent. A branched line is provided on at least one of an anode recycle line 4 and a cathode recycle line 6, and this line is again combined with the original recycle line through a heat exchanger 9. |
