CAMERA WITH VIBRATION PROOF MECHANISM

PURPOSE:To dispense with a fixing member at the time of connecting a sensor base plate to a flexible printed board and simultaneously to reduce a space for connecting compared with a press-contact connection. CONSTITUTION:This camera with a vibration proof mechanism capable of vibration proof control that camera-shake quantities are detected by first and second vibration proof sensors 54 and 55 respectively and a vibration proof optical system is driven in a different direction from an optical axial direction based on the outputs of these detections is provided with the sensor base plate 51 on which the vibration proof sensors 54 and 55 and other electrical parts are mounted, the flexible printed board 52 on which an electrical part 53 for executing the vibration proof control based on the outputs of the detections of the vibration proof sensors 54 and 55 is mounted and a connector 56 mounted on the sensor base plate 51 and having a socket on the top end part and constituted so that a part of the flexible printed board 52 is inserted into the entry of the connector 56, to electrically connect a pattern on the sensor base plate 51 and a pattern on the flexible printed board 52.
