<p>PURPOSE:To provide an infrared gas analyzer which has a characteristic absorbing zone of interferrence gas close to the characteristic absorbing zone of measuring object gas, has relatively small absorbance for the characteristic absorbing zone of the measuring object gas and is principlly unaffected by interferrence gas even in the case a part of the characteristic absorbing zone overlaps the characterieitc absorbing zone of the interferrence gas. CONSTITUTION:A pneumatic detector 4 has an infrared incidence window 41 and an emission window 43, a connection opening 46 in a front expansion room 44 and a rear expansion room 45 and between these expansion rooms 44 and 45, and is provided with a sensor 47 for detecting the pressure difference between the expansion rooms 44 and 45. The depth dimension of the both expansion rooms 44 and 45 are chosen such that infrared absorption due to the iraterferrence gas component having an infrared absorption spectrum cloth to the gas component to be measured with each pneumatic detector 4 is cancelled in the front expansion room 44 and rear expansion room 45.</p> |
