PURPOSE: To obtain a photosensitive silver halide photographic element having improved curling stability under various conditions of relative humidity. CONSTITUTION: This photosensitive silver halide photographic element has at least one silver halide-contg. emulsion layer on the film base which is a laminated body with 1st and 2nd layers formed by coextrusion molding. The 1st layer is made of a polyester consisting of an arom. dicarboxylic acid or its dialkyl ester and an alkylene glycol and it is adjacent to the emulsion layer. The 2nd layer is made of a polyester having >5×10<-5> l/%RH (RH is relative humidity) humidity expansion coefft. and >300kPSI Young's modulus at 50% relative humidity.
