PURPOSE: To enable the stable storage of a reagent by adding an effective amount of receptor activation inhibitor to the reagent containing estrogen receptor and progesteron receptor and protecting it at a low temperature by a netlike stabilization means. CONSTITUTION: About 1 to 5 millimol of, for example, sodium molybdophosphate, sodium vanadate, etc., is added as a connection section activation inhibitor to a reagent containing both of estrogen receptor and progesteron receptor. Moreover, the reagent contains a netlike stabilization means of saccharides. The concentration of approximately 0.05 to 0.4mol is effective for stabilization of high degree. Reduced saccharides become three- dimensional netlike tissue which holds molecules in a connection section, protect and prevent the molecules from being oxidized, and stabilize them while they are frozen and dried. Consequently, it is possible to obtain the stabilized reagent containing estrogen receptor and progesteron receptor. |
