PURPOSE:To recycle toner and to prevent increase in the size of an image forming device as mush as possible by providing a means for continuously removing foreign matters mixed in recovered recycled-toner, in a cleaning device. CONSTITUTION:Toner containing foreign matters, collected in the cleaning device by a cleaning blade 14, is separated into the toner and the foreign matters by efficiently vibrating a pair of magnetic-force--generating members and a filter 17. The toner is carried to a sleeve 19, and the foreign matters remain on the side of a sleeve 18 to be recovered and stored in a recovering part 26. The toner carried to the sleeve 19 is scraped off by a blade 24 and then supplied to a developing device by means of a screw conveyor 22. A scraping member 25 scrapes off the foreign matters which have reached, however, the small piece of toner is allowed to pass as it is and reaches the separating position again to be carried to the sleeve 19. Because of such an action, allmost none of toner exist in the foreign matters reaching the recovering part 26. |
