PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit for calculating a central position for a two-dimensional pick-up image data that is of a simple structure and operates high-speed processing for calculation. CONSTITUTION:A pick-up image data and threshold are compared with each other by a data judgement device 3, and they are counted up every two numerical values until an H-address counter exceeds the threshold, while they are counted up every one numerical value until it drops less than the threshold, and these counted values are held by a latch 5. Maximum values per every lines are detected by a maximum value detector 2, and the maximum value in a V-line direction among the maximum values per every H lines is detected by a maximum value detector 6. A value in the maximum position of the pickup image data in all areas is held by a latch 7. |
