PURPOSE:To provide a generating device with less emission of carbon dioxide by setting a carbon dioxide removing device on a fuel cell electrode outlet port in a fuel cell power plant. CONSTITUTION:The starting fuel of a fuel cell power plant is steam-reformed by a reformer 1 to form a fuel in which hydrogen and carbon dioxide are mixed. This fuel is enhanced in carbon dioxide concentration by further consuming the hydrogen in a cell body 2. A CO2 removing device 3 is set on the outlet port to remove the carbon dioxide, for example, by utilizing a polymer film. Thus, a generating device with less emission of carbon dioxide can be provided to reduce the emission of the carbon dioxide causing the earth warming. |
