PURPOSE: To provide an adjusting driving device capable of reliable and lasting adjustment at low cost by improving an adjusting driving device for a valve for heating, ventilating or air-conditioning an automobile. CONSTITUTION: A part 5 of a position detecting device 3 connected to a driven shaft 10 is provided with a cutout, a recessed part, a slit or a gear train 9 in the edge range, and the rotational position of the driven shaft 10 in relation to a slip member holder 17 or a printed wiring board 7 is fine adjusted by the gear train. A molded part or a cutout 14 is provided on the part of the position detecting device 3 connected to the driven shaft 10, and a shape connection to a part of the driven shaft 10 is formed by the molded part or the cutout. Cutouts 18, 15 are provided in a range integrated with the driven shaft 10 and on a driven gear 2, and a shape connection to the part of the position detecting device 3 is formed by the cutouts.
