<p>PURPOSE:To unnecessitate externally attached adjusting parts by obtaining count value for deciding the delaying amount of a phase detecting signal from the count value obtained by measuring the phase difference between a reproduced vertical synchronizing signal and a rotational phase detecting signal by calculation. CONSTITUTION:An upcounter 30 is reset by both edge signals S5 of a rotational phase detecting signal S1, a clock CP1 is counted, the counting is stopped based on the arrival of a reproduced vertical synchronizing signal V, and the counted value of the clock CP1 held. A writing pulse WR and a reading pulse RD are generated from the signals S5 by a control circuit 28 at an appropriately delayed time and the memories A and B of a memory circuit 31 are controlled. Counting is started on both edges of the rectangulare wave S2 of a signal S1 by a downcounter 33, counting is carried on until a pattern detected value and then stopped. Thus, when the pattern detected value is set on the phase of a signal-H- SW indicating a standard rotational phase, a signal V to be recorded is recorded on the same position as the recording position of the signal V of a master tape.</p> |
