Electric probe for detecting liquids. Comprises a casing 1, 2 of insulating material, an electrode 3 with connecting terminal 4. It is characterized by the casing 1, 2 including: a first body 1 with openings 7, a holder 9 and a means of sealing 13 between the electrode 3 and the first body 1; and a second body 2 that can be hermetically connected to the first body 1, with an opening for the electrical conductor 16 and a means of sealing 15 between the electrical conductor 16 and the second body 2. It is further characterized by the hermetic connection between the two bodies including a circular locking housing 18 and a slot 12 on the holder 9 and in the second body 2, a nipple 17 and a circular locking lip 19 complementary to the aforementioned housing 18.
