An agricultural film spreader drawn by a hand-held power tiller comprises a step former (7) for trimming and forming a step on both shoulders of a furrow, a film spreading means (18) with a film roll holder (8), a couple of press wheels (9) for hardening the earth on the trimmed step and a couple of disc blades (10) for covering the brim of the film on the step with soil of the furrow edge.
