The frame is held on a wall mounted rail (12) in a longitudinally slidable manner. The unit wall element (20) is swivelably mounted on the frame about a vertical and a horizontal axis. On one frame part (22) the wall element is forwards tiltable about the horizontal axis (18). The other frame part (24) is held at one side on the rail and at the opposite side on the first frame part, supporting the wall element, it is supported swivelably about vertical axes (23,25). Pref. the first frame part is held laterally on the rail to swivel about a vertical axis.
