Decorating unit esp. for applying transfers to cycle frame tubes

The decorating unit consists of two semi-cylindrical shells (1,2), connected by I-section elastic elements (3) which act as hinges and pressed together by springs (7) e.g., of spring steel or synthetic or composition material. The two shells enclose a split tubular element (12) of a synthetic material with a wire resistance embedded in it. The heating element is joined to the edge of the two shells so that it opens when they are opened by handles (11) for fitting over a bicycle frame tube or similar surface.
