The scraper has a rib (14) by which it is attached to a supporting block bracket (16), using an aperture (22) in the rib to receive a fixing (23). The aperture (22) opens out onto the edge (21) of the scraper rib, and can be closed by a control bar (28) movable between an operating position, in which it covers the aperture's opening at least partially, and a dismantling position in which the opening is uncovered. The control bar is slidable and has a locking mechanism to hold it in the closed or operating position. The scraper is equipped with a parallel position adjuster, in the form of a cam on the supporting block with a projecting finger (39) engaging with an elongated aperture (40) in the scraper rib.
