<p>A compound of Formula (1) and salts thereof wherein: L is optionally substituted piperazinyl; D is optionally substituted phenylene or naphthylene; E is optionally substituted phenylene, naphthylene or quinoline; R is H or C1-4-alkyl; Z is optionally substituted carboxyaryl; and n has a value of 0 or 1.
