Provided is a bag-like main body container (2) made of a flexible synthetic resin and a sampling port part (8) for collecting blood components inside the main body container. The above main body container has a volume of 20 to 80 ml, and the flexible synthetic resin has oxygen permeability of not less than 0.1 ml/ 24 hr/atm per 1 ml of whole blood. Even when blood lymphocytes are preserved at room temperature for not less than 3 days, not less than 90% of the lymphocyte activity is retained.
