Carder fleece guide avoiding build=up of fleece waves for textiles

A carding machine fleece guide has a plate (9) supporting the fleece (V) supplied from a pair of pull-off cylinders (3,4) and running to a pair of removal rollers (5,6). Here the upper side of the fleece guide plate (9) in the immediate proximity of at least one pair of pull-off cylinders runs upward over a section (9.1) in the supply direction (F) to turn the fleece upwards. A striking plate (10) runs parallel to and above this section where at least their inward, fleece-contacting surfaces are electrically conductive and earthed to a frame (7) of the carding machine.
