<p>The invention pertains to protein-containing interference suppressors for immunoassays, consisting of protein aggregates acylated with -CO-R groups, where R is a branched or unbranched C1-C4 alkyl radical which can be substituted with hydroxy, carboxy, SO3H or PO3H2. These anti-interference substances can be used together with a buffer as interference suppressor or together with an immunological binding partner as binding reagant to reduce nonspecific interactions in immunoassays. The invention also pertains to an immunological test procedure using these anti-interference substances.</p> |
