Bending of metal profiles with thermal insulation

The method concerns bending of structural profiles consisting of metal profile shells (3,4) and an interposed element (1) made of insulating material (preferably foamed polyurethane) and serving as thermal insulation. The method is characterised by the fact that before bending the profile is heated up to a temperature which softens the material of the element (1).
