<p>Apparatus and methods for dispensing and cooling fluids (70) utilize a pressurized capsule (10) having a propellant gas sorbed in a sorbent matrix (18) therein. The capsules (10) are sealed so that the propellant gas is maintained until the capsule (10) is immersed in a liquid (70) or exposed to another environmental change. Such pressurized capsules (10) are useful for pressurizing aerosol delivery packages (62) and for cooling liquids (70) under ambient conditions.</p> |
