摘要 In the case of an optoelectronic element having a laser chip (1) as light emitter and lens coupling optics (6) for defined emission of the radiation produced in the laser chip (1), the intention is for the lens coupling optics (6) arranged directly in front of the laser chip (1) to be adjusted and stably fixed in a simple fashion and for the element to be efficiently produced in the wafer structure. The laser chip (1) is arranged on a common carrier (2) between two carrier parts (3, 4), whose side faces which are next to the resonator faces of the laser chip (1) are provided with mirror layers (5) and are inclined with respect to the resonator faces at an angle of 45 DEG , so that the radiation produced in the laser chip (1) is directed almost vertically upwards relative to the surface of the common carrier (2), and the lens coupling optics (6) are arranged on at least one carrier part (3) in such a way that the radiation produced in the laser chip (1) is incident on the lens coupling optics almost perpendicularly. <IMAGE>
