A copper-lead alloy bearing having a high corrosion resistance, especially a high corrosion resistance to sulfur, comprising a back metal and a copper-lead-based bearing alloy bonded thereto. The copper-lead-based bearing alloy consists of more than 10 but not more than 20% Ni, 0.5 to 8% Sn, 8 to 30% Pb, not less than 0.005 but not more than 0.2% P, and the balance of Cu and incidental impurities. An optional overlayer may be made of Cu no more than 5%, Sn 3 - 18% In no more than 15% with the balance being Pb and incidental impurities. |
