PURPOSE:To lower electric current running in a transmitting means without lowering heating power by making a connecting part of an electric power transmitting means of a heating unit to an inverter electric power source be attached and detached freely. CONSTITUTION:Input electric power from a commercial electric power is transformed into high frequency by an inverter electric power source 4, sent to a resonance capacitor 12 and a heating coil 2 of a heating unit 1 through a connector 11 of a transmitting means 9 and a cable 10, and an alternating magnetic field is generated from the coil 2 to a cooking pan 3 by the resonance, and the cooking pan is induction-heated. As a result, resonance electric current does not run in the transmitting means 9 and only electric current which is consumed for induction-heating of the cooking pan runs. The resonance capacitor 16 absorbs kick voltage caused by unwanted inductance of inner wiring and the cable 10 of the transmitting means 9 and protect a switching device 7. |
