<p>PURPOSE:A foaming, silicone-grafted polyolefin film is laminated with cellulose paper bearing reactive hydroxyl groups, fused by pressing and heated to form a foamed laminate paper with high adhesion strength between the foamed polyolefin and cellulose paper. CONSTITUTION:A silicone-grafted polyolefin, each master batch of a silanol condensation catalyst and a thermally decomposing foam agent are charged into hopper 2 of extruder 1 in prescribed proportions and for example, extruded from T-die into film 3. Then the film 3 is piled with cellulose paper bearing reactive hydroxyl groups such as kraft paper 4, 4', fused by pressing them while film 3 is softened with heat rolls 5, and then heated by passing through furnace 6 to a temperature higher than the decomposition point of the thermally decomposing foam agent to form foamed laminate paper.</p> |
