LASER BEAM MACHINING METHOD

PURPOSE:To provide a laser beam machining method where the weld joint can be formed without being affected by the groove gap for the welding. CONSTITUTION:In the laser beam welding method where the base metal with the groove gap of >=0.3mm is butt welded by using a machining head for converging the laser beam and a filler wire feeding device, the laser beam and a filler wire 7 are swayed by swaying the machining head 1 for converging the laser beam and the filler wire feeding device 6 in an interlocking manner. Then, the weld joint is formed by melting the base metal W and the filler wire 7.
