At this time, when the torque measured by the transducer 26 reaches a down shift torque point, the controller 104 counts the number of the tool spindle rotation or angle from the output of a resolver 24, and when it reaches the level of a second torque point, the counted angle is compared with values of down shift hard and medium angles. The tool speed is regulated so as to precisely keep the torque in a higher torque rate work while keeping the speed in a lower torque rate work. |
