PURPOSE:To simplify installation by inserting a heat-shrinkage type golf club grip A of a specified constitution set on a shaft in a transparent plastic bag having specific heat resistance, and immersing this plastic bag in hot water of a specific temperature for contracting the heat-shrinkage type golf club grip to be installed on the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A heat-shrinkage type golf club grip 1 having a golf club shaft insertion hole is formed of composite comprising ethylene propylene rubber by 100 parts by weight and polyolefine of low fusing point by 40-80 parts by weight blended with carbon black and cross-linking agent in proper quantity. After the insertion hole of the grip 1 is fitted on a golf club shaft 7, it is inserted into a rectangular transparent plastic bag 3. This bag 3 has heat resistance of more than 100 deg.C, and it is formed to be a little longer than the grip 1. This bag 3 is immersed in hot water 9 of more than 100 deg.C for heat-shrinking the grip 1 to be fixed on the shaft 7. |
