PURPOSE:To provide a TGF-beta receptor gene containing a base sequence coding a specified amino acid sequence, capable of manifesting TGF-beta receptor protein useful, e.g. for growth inhibition or therapy of cancer cells and excellent in mass-productivity. CONSTITUTION:This TGF-beta receptor gene contains a base sequence coding the amino acid sequence represented by formula 1, further preferably the amino acid sequence expressed by formula 2. In addition, this gene can be obtained, e.g. by using cDNA of mouse TGF3b type receptor as a probe, selecting a positive clone from a cDNA library of a PHA stimulating T cell according to the plaque hybridization method and purifying the positive clone. |
